Hot Tub - please ensure that the hot tub is switched off and covered when not in use. If possible please use plastic glasses whilst in the hot tub to avoid injury due to breakages. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfot but please ensure that the robes are left in the lodge after your stay. Full instructions and health guidelines will be provided via our App and in lodge info. The tub will be fully cleaned and refilled before arrival and if it needs to be refilled during your stay please note that there is £100 charge for doing so.
Fuel and Electricity - this is fully included but please be mindful to switch off lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
Cleaning - the cottage or lodge will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival at which time it and the hot tub will be thoroughly cleaned and refilled. Cleaning products are supplied within the house should these be necessary and we ask that the house/lodge be left in a reasonable condition upon departure. Departure time is 10 am.
Breakages and damage - Contents are checked regularly so please advise of any damage that may occur during your stay to enable us to maintain our high standards for future guests. Visitors will be liable for any breakages or damages that occur and the damage deposit will only be refunded if the properties and their surroundings are left in an acceptable manner. Deposits can take 7-10 days to appear back into your account.
Welcome Pack - a small selection of local produce will be provided such as oat cakes, butter and cheese depending on the season. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.
Pets - unfortunately we are not able to accept pets in any of our accomodation.
Parties - we do not accept party bookings for hen or stag events.
Cancellation - refunds can only be given if cancellation is made at least one month before the date of your stay. If the dates are able to be relet then a proportion of your payment amount will be made pro rata.
